Frequently Asked Questions

When do I have to order by?

Bulk Orders close on the 20th of each Month. Individual cuts are filled as a first in first served basis.

When will it be delivered?

Pickups and Deliveries are the first weekend of every month.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can. Mulgowie Markets are the first Saturday of every month from 8am to 11.30am. Riverlink Market is the first Sunday of every Month from 8am to 1pm.

How do my orders come?

Bulk orders come in freezer bags and labelled.  Cryvacing is available for a fee. Individual cuts come cryvaed and labelled.

Can you cryvac my order?

YES. This will incur a small $50 fee. Packs will come in approx. 500gms and 4 or 6 steaks/sausages to a pack. Unless stated otherwise.

Is there a deliver fee?

Pick up is FREE! Delivery to your door is $25. Orders over $300 are free within the Delivery Zone

Where do you deliver to?

Southeast Queensland – Ipswich, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Bribie Island.

Why is it approx. 500gms?

Because we carefully hand pack all our orders it is very hard to get exact weights.

How do I pay?

After you have placed your order and email will come out requesting a deposit of $50 for individual cuts and 50% for Bulk Orders. Once this is received it will confirm your order. This will come off your finally invoice which will be sent out after the animals have been processed. Usually a day before delivery.

Do you have eftpos?


Can I pay my order total?

NO. As we don’t know finally weights until the animal is processed. The order total just gives you a rough idea on what it will cost.

Can I pay my order off?

Yes, but it wont be delivered until final payment is received.
